 | A completed application form signed by the owner of the project |
| The appropriate fee determined from fee schedule |
| One (1) complete set of plans with the
seal of a New Jersey licensed engineer or architect |
| Appropriate drainage calculations (in both paper and computer disc form) |
| Appropriate drainage structure designs |
| Completed Data Base Summary form if applicable |
| Completed RFA application if applicable |
